Before your Lash Appointment ( Lash Lift or Lash Extensions)Please arrive with a clean face (no eye makeup, mascara, or sunscreen). A Full Set Lash Extension appointment will last 2 hours. Lash Lift & Tint takes 1 hour. Your Stylist will take you back to a private room and help you choose the Lash look that's best for you based on your eye shape and personal style. Relax on a comfortable, cushioned massage table, under a cozy blanket while your Stylist applies the Lash extensions one by one. Go to the gym before NOT AFTER your lash appointment! We recommend waiting 24/48 hours before wetting your lashes. Also, please do not get Botox or any kind of cosmetic procedures the same day as your lash appointment. You will be instructed by your physician that you will not be allowed to lay down for about 3-4 hours after having botox or similar fillers applied to your face. Please plan accordingly. Airbrush Tanning should be done at least 48 hours prior to your lash appointment. Avoid curling your natural lashes for at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Stop using waterproof mascara 48 hours before your procedure since it leaves behind unwanted residue.

After your Lash AppointmentDo not get lashes wet for 24-48 hours. Light mist from a nano mister is fine Massages should not be scheduled immediately after or within 24 hours of appointment (you can bend & break off your lash extensions if they are not completely cured) Avoid hot steam or sauna for 24 hours Do not rub your eyes Only use water based lash extension safe mascara (available for purchase at Dash of Lash) If applying mascara do so from middle to tip, avoid root area Use water based eye makeup remover Do not perm your lashes once you have lash extensions. Do not use a mechanical ( clamp) eyelash curler. (we sell heated lash curlers) Do not pull on your lashes (this may cause your natural lashes to come out prematurely) To extend the life of your lashes, come in for a touchup every 2-3 weeks Enjoy your new look!

Brow AppointmentsKeep your skin clean and free of lotions, moisturizer and makeup. The cleaner your skin, the better the outcome. Make sure to tell your stylist of any medications or topical creams you are currently using. Certain Medications (Retin-A, Accutane, etc.) can cause skin irriations when combined with waxing. Avoid Tanning right before or after your brow session. Waxing exfoliates the skin making sun burns more painful. Put down the tweezers! It's so easy to over pluck, and destroy all your hard work of growing your brows out. It's best to leave the brow shaping to the experts.
