Are Lash Extensions safe?

Currently the FDA is not regulating eyelash extensions because the eyelash extensions are applied to the natural eyelash hairs and do not touch the skin. The application process is pain-free and relaxing that most clients fall asleep during the procedure.

However, improper application by an unqualified eyelash technician can cause damage to your natural lashes. We recommend only using a Certified Eyelash Extension Specialist. Make sure to do your homework and only get your lashes done by a lisenced facial specialist who has gone through proper lash training/certification.

After all it is your eyes, you deserve the best!

Dash of Lash - Lash success story

Next time some one tells you "Lashes damage your natural lashes" you can tell them...... Only bad lash stylists damage lashes, a good stylist can actually help your lashes grow!

We have successfully rehabbed the following Dash of Lash client lashes from ewww to wow !

After 3 years of her going to a self proclaimed "self taught lash stylist" and having "cluster lashes" applied to several lashes and even to the skin caused damage to her natural lashes to the point of no return.

This "Lash stylist" should be ashamed of herself! She should have never continued to apply lashes on her client once she noticed she was causing that amount of damage.

Dash of Lash we can stop the damage and recommend volume lashes (lighter and fluffier than classic lashes) or we can safely remove your "bad lashes" and allow your lashes to recover.

This clients' Natural lashes have done a complete 180 in just 2 months and have grown so much that you can barely see where those bald spots were anymore!

It's a great feeling when you not only help a client rehab her lashes, but also boost her self confidence. So proud of this client for following our recommendations and keeping her lashes clean and healthy.
